They answered my inquiry to set up a walk through of our home on the same day I reached out, and came out the following day to walk our home/provide a quote. Communication to set up the initial walkthrough, to provide the quote, to work with us to set up a cleaning schedule that fit our needs, and on the day of the cleaning has been unmatched and a breath of fresh air after our experience with other companies. The cleaning of our home was perfect. They were thorough and paid attention to every last detail to ensure what they cleaned fit with the parameters we’d set of what we wanted out of each cleaning. We had a few requirements: eco-friendly and trustworthy–preferably having the same person/crew each week. What we found in Mindful Mop greatly exceeded our expectations. Not only are they a local small business with an emphasis on green products, but their customer service has no equal. Courtney has been our primary cleaner; however, on the rare occasion she wasn’t available, we would get a call asking if we’re comfortable with another person–no unexpected surprise cleaners show up. Dalton (owner) cleaned a couple of times, and his attention to detail showed us how seriously he takes training. When we had some specific requests, they enthusiastically adjusted their rhythm. Beyond the great cleanings each month, the workers truly seem joy-filled in their jobs. Having confidence my mom’s home is well-cared for has given me the ability to focus on her medical needs.

The booking process was so easy and detailed. Very impressed with how clean our house was! They were super efficient and detailed. The best part is they use non toxic products! We scheduled a day for my cleaning and Dalton did an exceptional job. He went the extra mile. I love that all the cleaning products used are safe for me, my pets and the environment.

I also like that they do a walk-thru of the home before leaving to make sure they did everything on their checklist. The team is always on time, sends me a text before they’re coming, and is pretty responsive if I have a question. I’ve always enjoyed working with smaller companies like this because they tend to take more pride in their work.
